Booking terms

1. Booking requests. Submitting a request through this website does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it and tell you so. 2. Fares. Fares shown are based on your pickup location, destination and journey requirements. Where a fare cannot be calculated automatically we will provide a quote before confirming. The agreed fare will be stated in your confirmation. There is no surge pricing. 3. Passengers and luggage. Our vehicle carries a maximum of four passengers. Large amounts of luggage must be confirmed with us in advance. We are not currently able to provide child seats. 4. Airport pickups. Please provide accurate flight details so we can plan your pickup. Let us know as soon as possible about any changes. 5. Changes. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. 6. Payment. Payment arrangements will be confirmed with your booking. We never ask for card details through this website.
