Barbers Travel ("we") collects only the information needed to arrange and manage your journey: your name, mobile number, email address, journey addresses, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage details, flight details where relevant, and any notes you give us. How we use it: to respond to your booking request, confirm and carry out your journey, coordinate airport pickups (including checking your flight's published arrival information), and contact you about your booking. Our lawful basis is taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you. Marketing: we will only send you offers or updates if you have ticked the optional marketing box. You can withdraw consent at any time. Sharing: we do not sell your information. It is stored securely with our hosting and database providers and only accessed by us to manage bookings. Retention: we keep booking records only as long as needed for the booking, accounting and legal obligations, then delete them. Your rights: under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
